The impact assessment is generated by a real LLM (Claude). It has no specific knowledge of any company's internal data, suppliers, tooling, or product lines. It produces plausible, useful-looking assessments based on general manufacturing knowledge — exactly the kind of artifact you'd put in front of users in week two to test whether the concept resonates.
